行事目的:
Fringe Vaultで日本の陶芸家のうつわを使用し販売宣伝することで、日本の文化が醸し出す食生活を楽しく美しく彩る「新しい文化」の発信を目的とします。

コンセプト

　 昔から日本では、季節によって器を変え旬を楽しんできました。そこで生み出される様式は伝統となり深く生活のなかに根付いていきました。
日本の陶芸作家は美しい料理をうつわの力でより引き立たせ、うつわでその場をいかに楽しくするか、喜ばせるかに思いを馳せて作っています。Fringe Clubという文化発信地のカフェにおいて活躍する若手日本人作家本人を紹介することで「かわいい、綺麗、艶やか、カッコイイ」といった新しい感覚を発信します。１年を春夏秋冬の四季に分け、各季節に２人の陶芸家の作品をFringe Vault レストランにて使用して頂き、店内の一角で作家達それぞれの個性的な器を同時に販売します。

Aims:
To introduce Japanese 'Utsuwa 'culture as a trendy life style.

Introduction:
It has been a Japanese tradition to select seasonal tableware to add to the beauty of food and everyday life.
From 20th February 2017, the HK Fringe Club will present a seasonal theme with a selection of handmade tableware by contemporary Japanese ceramists included Mr. Akihiro Nikaido, Ms. Yasuko Hasegawa, Ms. Minami Kodama, Mr. Masahiro Wadayama, Ms. Itoh Chiho, Mr. Tetsuya Ozawa, Mr. Keicondo, Mr. Takeshi Adachi and Mr. Muneaki Iwashita. They are from different parts of Japan to serve gourmet seasonal delicacies at the Fringe Vault. This will offer you a two-fold enjoyment of food and the delight of the lovely handmade tableware. Selected tableware will be available for purchase.

Each season, we will introduce two ceramists from different parts of Japan. Their craftsmanship will bring you a whole new experience of the culture of Japanese ceramics.

活動目的:創立目的是希望透過一年時間、讓香港朋友了解日本新一代陶藝家創作背後的理念和體驗「和食器」文化的獨特之美。

宣傳內容：
這次參予「日日和器」的9位陶藝家包括二階堂明弘，長谷川泰子，兒玉Minami，和田山真央，伊藤千穂，大澤哲哉，Keicondo，安達健和岩下宗晶。他們風格各異，來自日本不同地區，銳意與世界交流和分享內心的熱情。

活動主題我們選用了日本人從古到今注重四季食器作為特色，每季將推介2位陶藝家。「食」和「器」共融，各位可以在Fringe Vault 享用餐點，即時體會手作食器帶來的喜悅、更可選購回家慢慢細味。我們期待為大家帶來耳目一新的「和食器」文化新體驗。
