Mr. Masaaki OGINO, Chairman of FENIX GROUP HOLDINGS LTD, awarded the Foreign Minister's Commendation for FY 2017

                 
     Mr. Masaaki OGINO, Chairman of FENIX GROUP HOLDINGS LTD has been awarded the Foreign Minister’s Commendation for FY 2017.
              
     Mr. Masaaki OGINO has been serving as President of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Japanese Supplementary School (HKJSS) since it was established in April 2011. He contributes greatly to the operational stability of HKJSS, which has not only provided management advises for its establishment, but also made donation for its administrative expenses. In April 2012, Mr. OGINO became the Chairman of NPO Hong Kong Wakyokai Ltd. and the Chairman of Wakyosokai in April 2014. He supports the business activities of the “Wakyo” (Japanese who are living abroad in the mid-and-long term). Mr. OGINO has great contributions to the economic development of Japan, by supporting Japan entrepreneurship overseas. He gives advices to the new oversea Japanese entrepreneurs during the startup of their business and providing ongoing assistance to them.
              
     The Foreign Minister’s Commendations are awards for individuals and groups who have made outstanding achievements in international fields, in order to acknowledge their contributions to the promotion of friendship between Japan and other countries and regions. There are 187 individuals and 45 groups who have been awarded this year, including Mr. OGINO.
