Information about Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Travel Card (ABTC)
The APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) is a card issued by the governments of ABTC participating countries and regions to business people from their countries and regions with the aim of facilitating the movement of business people who frequently travel within the APEC region*.
When traveling for short-term business purposes within the APEC region, ABTC holders can go through immigration without a visa (i.e. with only their passport and ABTC), and can use the ABTC-only lanes (or priority lanes) during immigration, with the prior approval of the country or region.

(NOTE) Hong Kong participates in APEC under the name "Hong Kong China" and Taiwan under the name "Chinese Taipei"
