Condolence Message from Ambassador MIURA Jun, Consul-General
Mr Yuen Man-ying, founder of EGL Tours Co. Ltd, one of the largest travel agencies for Japan in Hong Kong, passed away on 31st August. Over the past 30 years, Mr Yuen Man-ying made significant contributions to increasing the number of visitors from Hong Kong to Japan, strengthening economic relations and people-to-people exchanges between the regions and was awarded “The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays” in 2018. On behalf of the Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong, we would like to pay tribute to Mr Yuen Man-ying's great achievements and express our heartfelt condolences. May he rest in peace.
