The Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong is recruiting local staff members (clerk). The application procedure are as follows.
 
1. Date of recruitment: Scheduled for mid-September 2025 (Negotiable)

2. Number of recruits: Few people

3. Qualifications
(1) Applicants must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.
(2) Native Japanese, English and Chinese (Cantonese, Putonghua) at business level or above. (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test: N1 or equivalent, IELTS: Band 7)
(3) Able to prepare business-level documents in Japanese, English and Chinese using Microsoft Office, etc.

4. Benefits
(1) Salary: To be determined in accordance with the salary regulations.
(2) Working hours: Weekdays (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) 9:00-17:45 (Lunch break 12:30-13:30)
